Director of BD  /   Vice President of Strategy

  1. Have background in R&D of macromolecular drugs, with over 3 years of experience in related work (BD Director).
  2. Over 3 years of experience in new drug development, particularly in macromolecular drug research; over 4 years of experience in related business roles, with successful cases of project negotiation and licensing (Vice President of Strategy).
  3. Educational background: Master in biology or related field, MBA/EMBA (Business Director); Master/PhD in biology or related field, MBA (Vice President of Strategy).
  4. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Strong team spirit, dedicated, and strong innovative entrepreneurial spirit. Priority will be given to those who are passionate about entrepreneurship.

Job description:

    1. Based on the company's involvement in the development of bispecific antibodies, trispecific antibodies, and other innovative oncology immunotherapy drugs and technologies, the BD Director will engage in relevant business expansion activities, including Series C financing. 
    2. The Vice President of Strategy is responsible for strategic deployment at the company level, including investment negotiations, Series C financing, domestic and international project licensing, and IPO planning.
    3. Compensation is negotiable and may include a base salary, high percentage-based commission for each business deal, initial equity, and the opportunity to join as a company partner.

           Career opportunities

        1. Ph.D. in tumor immunology or a medical-related field, with over 5 years of experiences in protocols design, organization and management of Phase I, II, or III clinical trial for biologics (preferably monoclonal antibodies and/or bispecific antibodies associated with tumor treatment ) in China and/or the United States.
        2. Successful cases of designing and developing Phase I-III clinical protocols for bispecific antibodies or monoclonal antibodies in the field of tumor immunology.
        3. Experience in clinical medical-related work in the clinical trials of macromolecule drugs in the tumor immunology field is highly preferred.
        4. At least 3 years of experiences in team management and collaboration with clinical CRO companies.

        Job description:

        Responsible for integrating internal and CRO resources, designing and managing Phase I, II, and III clinical trials of novel bispecific antibody drugs in China and the United States. Compensation includes salary, performance bonuses, and stock options. Report to CEO.
